How much space do I need for in-home training?

You only need approximately 2m x 2m — a living room, garage, backyard, or outdoor area works perfectly. Olivia works with whatever space you have.

Do I need any equipment at home?

Yes — clients need basic home equipment to get started. At minimum: a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat. Olivia will assess what you have at the initial consultation and tailor your program accordingly. The more equipment you have, the more varied the sessions can be.

Is in-home personal training more expensive than a gym?
